Innocence

We were blessed with a winter storm last year a week before Christmas. This is a photo of Broc and his first experience with snow. Look at the pure joy and love on his face.

It has been a while since my last post as we were in the middle of a move. I blinked and Broc's birthday, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas flew right by. I have been blessed with my family but that is not why I am writing today.

I came into work all pumped up and renewed for 2009 and in the midst of updating calendars and meeting schedules, I decided to change my wall paper on my computer. Looking through the choices I had, I came across these photos and reflected on Broc's innocence. The newness of this experience for him.

I thought how great it would be to be young and innocent again. Man I could do it all over again and do things diffrent. But then I thought, everything I have done good or bad up until now God has used to mold me into who I am and I wouldn't change a thing. And as for that innocence, it's there I just take it for granted..

You see when God forgives us of our sins he makes us innocent like Broc in these pictures. How great is that!?

2 Corinthians 5:17

17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!

Have a blessed new year!!!

peace and thanks for listening.......
